Welcome to Stratosync. By accessing our meteorological platforms or engaging our consulting services, you're agreeing to the parameters outlined below. We've tried to keep the jargon to a minimum, but atmospheric science is precise, and so is our legal standing.
Forecaster's Disclaimer
Weather is inherently chaotic. While we utilize cutting-edge climate modeling and atmospheric data analysis, all forecasts are probabilistic in nature. Stratosync provides data "as is" without guarantees of absolute accuracy. We don't control the clouds, we just study them.
1. Intellectual Property
Our custom meteorological software, proprietary algorithms, and atmospheric data models are the exclusive property of Stratosync. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view and utilize the data for internal business purposes only.
2. Data Usage Restrictions
You shouldn't reverse-engineer our software. Redistribution of our raw data feeds to third parties is strictly prohibited unless specifically outlined in a separate Environmental Impact Assessment contract.
3. Limitation of Liability
How does one account for a sudden shift in jet streams? Stratosync isn't liable for any financial losses or operational disruptions resulting from decisions made based on our forecasting products.
